Enkei produced a large number of their own wheel models. Apache was the name of the main three piece lineup, AP Racing (presumably short for Apache Racing) was another of the sub models. They also aided with the manufacture of wheel faces for other brands such as Focus Racing and Work

Dome, a Japanese small volume manufacturer, put together a spaceframe Celica to compete in endurance races around the world in 1980. With a highly strung 18R-G (560hp claimed) it had frequent engine troubles causing DNF finishes at three of its four entered events (Sebring 12hr / Riverside 5hr / Suzuka 1000km). It also failed to qualify at Le Mans, so its results were dismal. It is however a wild-looking and interesting machine. Of interest here at Pine are the Hayashi 16" centrelock three piece wheels with aero covers
